These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Snapfeed mobile app and website at snapfeed.org ("Service"), operated by Snapfeed ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Snapfeed aggregates publicly available RSS feeds from Dutch news publishers and presents them as short, AI-summarised cards. The Service also provides machine translation of article summaries into multiple languages. Snapfeed is a news reader — it does not produce original journalism.
Article headlines, summaries, images, and links remain the intellectual property of their respective publishers. AI-generated summaries are derivative works created for informational purposes. Snapfeed always links to the original source for full reading.
The Snapfeed name, logo, and app design are owned by Snapfeed. You may not reproduce them without written permission.

Article summaries are generated by Anthropic's Claude AI model. While we aim for accuracy, AI summaries may contain errors, omissions, or imprecisions. Always refer to the original article (linked in each card) for complete and authoritative information. Snapfeed is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-summarised content.
The Service links to external news websites. We have no control over their content, privacy practices, or availability. Accessing linked articles is subject to the terms and policies of those publishers.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may update these Terms periodically — the "last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Snapfeed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
